What Ruko is

Ruko gives an automated opinion on whether something looks like a scam, using AI and Google's safety checks. It's a second opinion, not a guarantee. A message Ruko calls safe can still be a scam, and the other way round. When money is involved, verify through official numbers you find yourself.

What Ruko isn't

• Not legal, financial or investment advice.
• Not a bank, a payment app, or the police. Ruko never handles your money.
• Not an emergency service. If money has left your account, call 1930. In danger, call 112.

Using Ruko fairly

Don't use Ruko to harass anyone, to test scams of your own, or to send content that's illegal. We may limit or block accounts that do. Free use has a daily limit of checks.

Family Plan

• ₹99 a month or ₹999 a year, including GST, billed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record.
• It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from your UPI app's Autopay settings or the link in Dodo's email; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds follow Dodo Payments' refund policy. If something went wrong, email us and we'll sort it out.

Our responsibility

We work hard to make Ruko accurate, but we can't promise it will catch every scam. To the extent the law allows, Ruko isn't liable for losses from relying on a verdict. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
